there's some things you can try. like open the console in there and type TPC. it toggles pre-culling. can see if it helps. Most of the crashes in Nuka World are tied to particular objects in a cell or sometimes even just lighting so proximity can be important when finding the issue. The nuka cola bottles scattered over the landscape are too big. I had this bug as well. There is a 3rd party mod in Nexus Mods that fixes the scale of the bottles and will sort that out.
