That's horrible! At some point Canon is going to have to acknowledge this issue and do something about it. Or, they will run the risk of receiving

Camera -Icon Menu Settings top. There are four camera-icon menus: CAMERAā¢, CAMERAā¢ā¢, CAMERAā¢ā¢ā¢ and CAMERAā¢ā¢ā¢ā¢. I leave most settings at their defaults. To get to them, press MENU and click to the first four items along the top left. They look like four little camera icons, in red.
I went on this topic on the same issue. One year I was shooting on the Canon 6D and Sigma ART lens, 35 and 50 (Canon 6D is a three years old). Suddenly started having problems with the center focus point. When i focusing, the central point - focus floats, repeatedly rebuilt and hits or misses the target -50/50.
I just did some further tests, there has been no improvement, I still have to micro-adjust by 10-11 on each lens. Very dissapointing to experience this with such an expensive body, especially when I was so happy with the original 6D. If you can still somehow return yours, I would highly recommend it
6D MkII + 24-105 f4 II sharpness problem. 01-25-2018 07:00 AM. recently switched from a Nikon D610 to EOS 6dMkII with a 24-105 f4 II lens. Compared to my previous camera, I noticed that the sharpness of the photos is much much lower (before I had a 24-120 f4 Nikkor, so quite similar). Also shooting with tripod, at ISO100 and f11, as in the

The AF system on the 5D II (and, like you, I also own both 5D II and 5D III cameras) has an AF system that can focus from -0.5EV to +18EV. The AF system on the 5D III, on the other hand, has an AF system that can focus from -2EV to +18EV. In other words, the 5D III focuses in considerably less light than a 5D II.
